This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and billing adjustments work for TesLyr subscription plans. By subscribing to TesLyr, you agree to the terms below.

2. Subscription Billing

2.1 Recurring Charges

TesLyr subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually, depending on your plan). You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis unless you cancel.

2.2 Taxes and Fees

Prices may be subject to applicable taxes and fees based on your location. Any taxes will be shown at checkout or on your invoice.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to paid features until that time.

If you cancel, you will not be charged for future billing cycles unless you re-subscribe.

4. Billing Cycle Changes

You can switch between monthly and annual billing plans at any time, subject to the terms below.

4.1 Monthly to Annual

When switching from monthly to annual billing, your monthly subscription will be canceled and a new annual subscription will begin immediately. You will be charged the annual plan price minus a prorated credit for the unused portion of your current monthly billing period.

4.2 Annual to Monthly

When switching from annual to monthly billing, the change will take effect at the end of your current annual billing period. Your annual subscription will remain active through the end of that period, and monthly billing will begin afterward.

5. Refund Eligibility

Unless required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable once paid.

Refunds may be issued in the following limited situations:

  • Duplicate charges for the same billing period
  • Billing errors or accidental charges caused by our systems
  • Service unavailability that substantially prevents access for a prolonged period
  • Refunds required by applicable consumer protection laws

6. Free Trials and Introductory Offers

If TesLyr offers a free trial or introductory discount, you may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Once the trial converts to a paid subscription, standard refund rules apply.

7. Proration and Partial Refunds

We do not generally provide prorated or partial refunds for unused time in a billing cycle. If a refund is approved, it will typically apply to the most recent charge only.

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can resolve the issue. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated.
